Northwest Middle School STAR Students

Northwest Middle Schools has 292 STAR students for the first nine weeks! The STAR program focuses on safety, trustworthiness, academics, and responsibility.

There are different levels of the STAR program:

5 STAR students have straight A’s and no office referrals

4 STAR students have A’s and B’s and less than two office referrals

3 STAR students have A’s, B’s, and C’s and less than 3 office referrals

*Unexcused absences or out-of-school suspensions automatically disqualify students

To honor these students for their hard work and good behavior, the community generously sponsors events to celebrate the students. To celebrate the first nine weeks the 3 STAR students will have a pizza party, 4 STAR students had a skating party, and 5 STAR students are being treated to a limo ride to Weidmann’s Restaurant for lunch!

Way to go Northwest STAR students!!
