MPSD Students Earn Top Spots in MCC's MLK Essay Contest back button

Each year, Meridian Community College holds an essay contest for students in our area in conjunction with the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemorative Celebration. This year's contest was entitled "Breaking Barriers: The Movement Continues."

MPSD is pleased to announce that seven out of the nine winners were from our District! First place winners Dorrian Stringfellow and Nasha Hood presented their essays during the Celebration.
